Why do I  need to commit to 3 months?

A serious health coaching programme takes dedication from both coach and client and 6 months has proven to be an ideal amount of time for a person to succeed and make lasting changes that set them up for life. This isn’t a way to make more money, It’s simply the reality, supported by years of research and case studies collated by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. During this time we will try out various methods and, experiment with different approaches to food, diet and wellbeing, making sure that at the end of the 6 months you know exactly which path you are on and what is specifically right for you.
