HRT and how it works, bone health and how to improve it, brain health, the dreaded SUGAR & alcohol, the extra tyre around the tummy, the flabby bits and why that happens, sleep - why it’s so important and how to get more of it and how to get some joyful movement into your life. Oh, and my favourite of all, the forgetting of very simple words!! And of course the biggy - STRESS.

You will begin to see patterns and loops of how you experience your life, and make the connection of how this shows up on your plate. As these changes accumulate, you will experience bigger shifts in all aspects of your life. Everyone is unique and my holistic coaching style is to celebrate this whilst encouraging you to reach your goals and hold you accountable as the process unfolds.
